Massive mixed-use project, including marina, coming to Marker 32 site

St. Augustine-based Cadenza Partners plans to construct Harbor Lights Jacksonville, a massive mixed-use community, at the site of Marker 32 near the Intracoastal Waterway. The $30 million development, which will neighbor Palm Cove Marina, will include a new Marker 32 restaurant. It will also house up to 215 residential units, 21,000 square feet of commercial space and 115 boat slips. The waterfront restaurant will be removed in the initial phase of development, but it will get new waterfront space…
