Sales of mid-priced homes on Oahu grew by more than 25% in October

The median price of a single-family home on Oahu declined by 2.5% last month as sales of homes for less than $900,000 grew by 25%, compared to October last year, according to an analysis of Multiple Listing Service data by the Honolulu Board of Realtors. The median price of a single-family home in October was $780,000, compared to $800,000 in October 2018.
